| SHOW TIMES |
There are two shows on May 27th. The matinee show will start at 1:00 pm and the evening show will start at 5:00 pm. Each show will run approximately 2 hours. All dancers are asked to check in 1 hour before the show(s) in which they are performing. |
| CLASS PERFORMANCE LIST | There will be a performance list that will identify what classes are performing in each specific show. There is a list for each performance and what classes are performing in each show. Please check the list yourself, DO NOT PHONE THE STUDIO for this information. If everyone called, there would be too many calls for the staff to handle. The list will be posted at the studio by May 2nd. |
| FEES | As always, the May and June tuition fees, as well as costume and performance fees must be paid in full before you can purchase your tickets. You may post date your June tuition check for June 1st. Classes will continue through Thursday, June 16th. |
| TICKETS | Again this year, you will be given a TICKET SALE AUTHORIZATION FORM which you MUST TAKE to the UB Center for the Arts Box Office when you purchase your tickets. Tickets will go on sale at the UB Box Office on May 2nd. The box office hours are Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm. Checks should be made payable to UB Center for the Arts.You cannot purchase tickets for these shows from Ticketmaster, its' outlets or at the Studio. |
REMEMBER - YOU MUST HAVE A TICKET SALE AUTHORIZATION FORM SIGNED BY THE AMERICAN ACADEMY OFFICE STAFF IN ORDER TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS. YOU MUST PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS AT THE UB BOX OFFICE – WE WILL NOT HAVE TICKETS AT THE STUDIO.
| REHEARSALS AT THE STUDIO | There will be rehearsals at the studio the weekend of May 12, 13 & 14 for some of the performance segments. Students should check the bulletin boards for rehearsal schedules. |
| REHEARSALS AT UB Center for the ARTS | This is a mandatory Stage rehearsal held at UB Center for the Arts in the Mainstage Theatre on Friday, May 25th. Rehearsals will start at 3:30. The rehearsal schedule will be posted on the bulletin board at the studio by May 2nd. Hopefully, this will give you enough time to make arrangements to get your child to UB on time. |
