This is for everyone except students in Fairy Tale Dance, Adult Ballet, & Adult Hip Hop. Fairy Tale Dance students will receive information about their performance which is held in the studio at a later date.
The studio performance this year will take place at UB Center for the Arts in the Mainstage Theatre on Sunday, May 26. There is a show scheduled for 1:00 and a show scheduled for 5:00. You will be notified at a later date which show your child will be performing in. The rehearsal on stage at UB is tentatively scheduled for Friday, May 24 after school. Please note that regular classes will continue through Thursday, June 13.
PERFORMANCE FEE: A reminder that your child's NON-REFUNDABLE performance fee is due the first week in February. The performance fee is $25.00 for one child, and the family rate is $40.00. Credit cards cannot be used to pay performance fees. Cash or checks only please. Checks should be made payable to the American Academy but should be separate from any tuition payments.
COSTUME RENTAL FEE: The costume rental fee is due March 10th. The rental fee is $20.00 per costume, NOT $20.00 per class. For example, if your child takes two Ballet III classes and they are performing the same number they only pay one fee of $20.00 for both classes. If they take a Ballet III and a Ballet IV they would be performing in two different numbers and the fee would be $40.00. Please make costume rental fee checks payable to Maris Battaglia.

We will begin choreographing dances at the end of February or the beginning of March. They will only rehearse the last 10 minutes of class.
