TUITION PAYMENTS:
Tuition is based on a 10 MONTH COURSE from Mid-September to Mid-June. Payments are divided into 10 monthly installments and are due by the first class of each month. This payment is due regardless of the number of classes in any given month. A $10.00 late fee is automatically added to accounts who pay after the 10th of each month. All tuition must be paid in full each month if a student is to continue in class unless prior arangement is made.
PAYING IN FULL:
A 10% discount is offered
for students who pay for the full year (Sept-June)
by September 30th.
A 5% discount is offered for students paying by credit card.
REGISTRATION:
Registration begins August 1st. Office Hours are Monday - Saturday 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evening hours of 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. There is a $25.00 yearly registration fee due with your registration card, and a $10.00 fee for each additional child in the same family.
INSURANCE FEE:
Due to the high cost of liability insurance, there is a $10.00 insurance fee payable each year.
REFUNDS:
There are NO REFUNDS. Tuition is not refundable when a student withdraws in the middle of a month. Tuition is not deducted or refunded due to missed classes, vacations, school musicals, and sports seasons (skiing, soccer etc.)
RETURNED CHECKS:
There is a $25.00 service charge for checks returned from the bank.
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES.
