Costumes are provided by AAB; listed below are shoes, tights & leotards (if needed) that you will need to provide

Bakers - Black ballet shoes w/single black elastic, white socks, white or nude leotard

Candy Canes  - Pink tights, white ballet shoes (AAB provides "jewels" to glue on shoes)

Hair (for girls):

- ALL hair should be secured with hairpins and hairspray.  NO "fly-away" hair strands.

- Hairnets should be worn for ALL buns.

- If your part is not listed below,  the hair should be up in a simple bun, secured with Hairpins, Hairnet & Hairspray.

 

Angels - Hair half up (on sides) and down in the back - preferably curled

Bakers - Low bun to fit with Baker hat

Chinese Classical Adv - Bun to fit under wig (provided by AAB)

Chinese Chopsticks - High bun to hold Chopstick headpieces

Chinese Ribbon - Flat bun to go under Chinese headpiece

Cotton Candy - High Bun

Elves - Low bun to fit with Elf hat

Flower Pots - Flat bun to go under Flower Pot headpiece

Gingerbread Girls - Two side braids looped into a circle (* braids can be wrapped around each other in a bun if other parts)

Hobby Horses - High Bun to fit under Soldier hat

Lollipops - Flat bun to go under Lollipop head

Mice - Flat bun to go under Mouse head

Party Girl Dancers  - Curled hairpiece to go over bun

Party Small Children - Hair half up (on sides) and down in back -  curled, or curled hairpiece to go over bun

Polichinelles - Flat bun to go under wigs (provided by AAB)

Snow Maiden - High Bun

Soldiers - High Bun to fit under Soldier hat

Soldier Horses - High Bun to fit under Soldier hat

STAGE MAKEUP:

EYES - Mascara for eyes

CHEEKS - Rouge for cheeks

* Additional makeup for Soldiers, Soldier Horses, Hobby Horses see below

*SOLDIERS, SOLDIER HORSES & HOBBY HORSES:

 

1)  SOLDIER EYES:   - Using a black pencil eyeliner, make "doll" eyelashes.  

   Draw 3 straight black lines fanning up above the eye, starting just below the eyebrow.

   Draw 3 straight black lines fanning down just below the eye

2) SOLDIER CHEEKS:- Red felt cheeks (provided by AAB) will be applied by the backstage Moms.

Masks:

Nude-colored masks - it is best if they have 1 or 2 extra nude masks in their bags with them also.
