Act I Dancer Pickup & Seating
Tickets

Fairy Tale Dance dancers must be picked up at intermission. They will be escorted by a volunteer to the Atrium, where a parent must meet them.

If your dancer is in another class that performs only in Act I, you may also choose to pick them up at intermission and bring them into the audience.

Dancers must purchase a separate ticket to sit in the audience
Tickets will be available soon. A Ticket Authorization Form from AAB will be required to purchase tickets and will be emailed to eligible accounts when sales open.

Program Ad
Celebrate your dancer’s hard work and accomplishments with a congratulatory ad in this year’s performance program. Dancers always look forward to seeing these special messages.Please complete the Program Ad Form to select your ad size, make your payment, and upload your ad and/or preferred images and text.
LOCATION: UB Center for the Arts Main Stage
TECH REHEARSAL: Rehearsal will take place on Sunday, June 7th, at the UB Center for the Arts. It will run from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. There will be at least a four-hour break between rehearsal and performance so dancers can go home, rest, and eat. Specific rehearsal times and instructions will be sent out closer to the date of the show.
Volunteers
Volunteering backstage is not only essential to keeping things safe and smooth, it's also a truly rewarding experience. You’ll be part of the energy and excitement behind the scenes, helping ensure a magical day for the dancers. Costumes
Costume rental fee is $35 per costume and will be added to your online account. Costumes are rented each year to allow for high-quality, performance-ready designs without the full cost of purchase. Please ensure costumes are cleaned before being returned after the performance.
